Exchange / Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return the item, at your cost, for an exchange within 15 days of the date of purchase. If the item is broken within 30 days, through normal use and not abused, I will repair it, if possible. If I am unable to repair the item, I will give credit towards your next purchase.
Shipping
If you are returning an item for exchange or repair, within the exchange / refund policy listed above, please contact us at info@blingbrightjewelry.com to obtain return address and notify us of the returned package.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item(s).
We recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance on the package to ensure it is delivered to us. We will not be held responsible for any missing packages or damaged packages that arrive to us.
Once the product has been received, you will receive a new tracking number for the exchanged piece. If the product was returned due to damage and needs repaired, you will receive an email of the condition of the item and the action that will be taken.
Missing or Delayed Refunds (If applicable)
If you are expecting a refund, please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process to your account. If you want to check the status of your refund, please follow the steps below:
- Paid with Credit Card
- Contact your credit card company to see if the credit is pending to post.
- Paid with Bank Account / Debit Card
- Contact your bank to see their processing times. They can research to see if the credit is pending on your account.
